Defuser stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This defuser stopped working a few weeks after purchasing. It says it’s off line and incompatible with my network now. I’ve tried the update and troubleshooting tips and nothing works. A huge waste of money. I have several scents now with no working defuser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pura plus is a great addition to the Pura family. Being able to place this anywhere is great. Super easy to use and my house smells great even with a 180lb dog and 2 cats!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I literally can't tell you how much I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Pura Diffuser. . It is so powerful I literally have it on my upper floor with a landing in between the main floor. . . . it pushes out so much constant fragrance. . I mean it pushes it through out the air . I have 5 Pura 4. . . love them as well. , but the diffuser is out of this world. . I honestly don't even have to set any others on. . . Because this one alone does the job
