[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not so happy with this diffuser when it works it’s good and when it decides not to work it’s a bummer. I have reset the settings on the app also the diffuser to have stay working and it still has a mind of its own. I wouldn’t recommend it honestly. The wall diffuser are better and the car diffuser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good well made product. The sent's are of good quality and variety. I have a lager open floor plan with high ceilings and I have 3 of the Pura Plus units all running on “strong scent”. With this set up I would rate the scent in my space as light to medium as best. As a result of running the scents on strong i am only getting about 45 hours out of a scent bottle. So that requires me to change 3 bottles every 10 days, this can get expensive. I would not recommend this product to people who have larger spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Pura plus out of the blue a couple days ago is making a loud grinding noise. I sent a chat message Friday and provided my email along with what the problem was. I had to unplug it, the noise won’t stop. I have not heard from anyone to date.

I enjoy the ability to change between fragrances at anytime which is one reason I love Pura! The Volcano scent is a fan favorite in my Pura Plus!
