The Pura Plus has been a game changer. Our house has never smelt fresher. I love that you can easily control it from your phone or just walk by and tap the button.

I gave the Pura plus 1star because it was impossible to get 1 of the 4 devices I ordered to reset, even after taking all steps recommended and trying a hard reset. It is disappointing that I am unable to use the device particularly because of the cost. Also because I love the idea of filling a large space with scent.

I prefer this Pura Plus device than the wall plug in. Some of my favorite scents from my wall device smell different in this Pura Plus device so I am off finding new scents. I do wish I could limit the scent time to 15 minutes intervals instead of 1/2 hour intervals. I also wish Pura had scratch abd sniff cards per company - relying on reviews is a hit or miss.

So this is my 3rd one, however the first two always seems to make a lot of noise as if the motor is about to go out. This normally starts after a few weeks of usage, and I find myself turning it off and on until the noise stops. I've mentioned my concerns to them before, and they've sent me an new one, but I'm having the same issue.

I don't love this diffuser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't love this diffuser. I thought I would but I prefer the plug ins. It makes a low noise that I wish it didn't. I want it to be invisible in loud and sight. . . and speaking of sight. . . I thought the white would blend in but it actually looks like an Alexa or something and stands out. I would get black if you want this one. I should have known. BUT. . . I love the scents and pure so I will and a home for this and get more plug ins.

I love my pura set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pura set. The only complaint is when the pura is on the scents are great but once it turns off the scent doesn't have any staying power. Some scents run out faster than others on the same scent timer. I find that the nest scents have the best throw (so far) but don't last as long as other scents. I wish there was a way to favorite scents that you do like in the app and a wishlist to try scents.
