LOVE This Product & Great CS. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I graduated from the double plug version to the Pura Plus and am very happy with the amount of scent / coverage offered. Additionally, I had a power outage and somehow I was unable to reboot my Pura Plus, so I used their CS chat feature on a Sunday morning and got immediate results and a new unit shipped to me to replace the malfunctioning machine. So far so good with this newer model ! Looking forward to the introduction of new products in the future !

There are some scents I didn't end up liking but I think I just prefer the fresh, light, fragrance over something with citrus. Lots and lots of options to pick from

Only had a small issue with the bamboo scent not showing up on the app a couple times (showing that the scent wasn't plugged in), but seems to be resolved now. Definitely love the scents and excited to try others out!
