This was my first time switching from a Chi flat iron. It was recommended by a friend and I was hesitant as it was a little expensive, but I totally love it. It is easy to use, light, has a long cord, and my hair stays straight all day. I thought the dial for the heat setting was difficult to turn but I haven't had to move it since my first use. I definitely recommend this hair straightener.

Worse straightener I have ever bought!! Does not straighten my hair at all!!! I'm actually shocked as I have never used a straightener that did not straighten my hair. Goes to show the more money something cost does not mean it will work any better than lesser price straightener . Regret the purchase, as it was pricey

Love the wide plates but skinny thickness so you don’t get weird ridges at the root - I love to use on thick long hair - keratins - this is my 2 nd one of this size - the plates seem to last a long time. And I use it in the salon
