I bought a laptop at approx 1k, few months later, system collapsed, took BB two weeks to fix, fixed the issue temporarily, then back to collapse again. Returned the laptop, added 600+ to upgrade to more modern machine, called to follow up on arrival, given hard time and rudeness by the person in charge that day, not only that, I ranged more than 20 times after he hanged up while I am talking. I wouldnto go there again, at least to BB westhills.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
