Not worth the hype

I hate it! And miss my S8. First, when I watch videos, it fast-forwards and touches the screen when I'm simply holding the phone on the outer edges. I have to press the back button consistently to get out of Anything, which is different than before. The apps edge menu is extremely difficult to slide and pop up. The camera is not as great as advertised (My friends with Apple still have superior shots), and the body of the phone is Extremely sensitive. I sat my phone down and the back of the phone completely cracked.Waste of purchase.

Way better than iphone Xr

This phone is about 2.5x better than the iphone Xr. The upgrade from an iphone 6 plus to xr was incremental at best with minor improvements to performance. This s10 was a major upgrade from the xr in terms of features, user interface, usability, and the overall experience. The software limitations of ios is overall debilitating and really hinders the usability of the phone. By contrast, android is a much better experience and would highly recommend this s10. The calling is a slight annoyance as it does not connect right away and the fingerprint reader is unreliable at times. However, if you register you fingerprint many times at different angles, you can get it to work everytime.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this phone since April and I am not impressed. I switched from an iPhone X to the Galaxy S10. I should have kept the iPhone and dealt with the bad battery. The Bluetooth on the Galaxy is horrible. It will not stay connected to my car and the reception is even worse. I have never had an issue getting service anywhere and it seems this phone looses reception all the time. The screen is a nice size and the camera is great but I cannot overlook its other flaws.

The Ultimate Android Experience

Of all of the current "flagship" devices on the market currently (Google's Pixel, LGs V-Series, and Motorola's attempt to keep up), I've found Samsung to prove superior in almost every way. Most notably, their UI just takes the cake aesthetically and functionally speaking. So long as Samsung continues killing it in the innovation game (ie in-screen fingerprint reader and reverse charging are genius!), they will continue to have a loyal customer in me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed in the Samsung edition, has been the most frustrating phone I've ever owned and I've owned all the Samsung phones. There are major bugs in this phone.

Not happy with S10

I've had my S10 for 6 mos and am still finding it far more difficult to use than my S3, S5 or S7. Really wish I had gotten the 9 instead. For one thing you can only get the 10 with "Edge" which has to be the dumbest feature ever added to a phone. I've never selected the Edge version b4 because I could see no reason for it. It took me a month to figure out that you could disable it (so why is it even there) but for that month every time I put my phone in my purse or pocket the phone came out of sleep mode and opened every app near the edge because it was touched. Even with the "edge" disabled it seems to come out of sleep mode too easily (without touching the power button).
Removing the button was also a huge loss. I can no longer quick launch the camera by double clicking it. I realize it is now on the power button but that is a more difficult thumb motion and if you're too slow, oops you've turned off your phone instead of capturing that great shot. I also inadvertantly press the Bixby button when trying to put it to sleep so then have to deal with closing that down.
There is no "small" version of the S10 and tho I have large hands for a girl I cannot reach across the screen with one hand so all texting has to be done 2 handed now.
The only positive thing I can say is the battery life is fantastic. However, I keep mine plugged in all day so that isn't very important to me. If Samsung would swap out the S10 for an S9 NO Edge I would be VERY happy.
