I love this phone. The quality is great. Except for Bixby. The design of bixby is horrible. It pops up all the time and the button on the side always gets hit and turns on bixby. Unfortunately I have not figured out a way to remove Bixby. Other than that they phone is great.
i purchased this S10 thinking the battery life would be better than my MotoZ2. I was wrong! besides that, they have made improvements in the speed, but there are a few things that don't work well.. i.e. the touch screen, when its "off", not easy to know where to touch to turn it back on.. it sometimes goes to large mode and you have to get out of the system to get it back to normal.. somewhat disappointed
For inexpensive top-of-the-line smartphone, this product is infested with bugs. A significant percentage of the time the entire touch screen function does not work. I have to go push the start button and log back in. This can happens in any kind of text input situation. The same malfunction happens at the three buttons at the bottom of the screen which on prior phones were hardware whereas here they are part of the software screen. Very annoying. The highly-vaunted feature-laden camera quite often locks up on me. You activate auto exposure/ autofocus function and it just sits there and refuses to take a picture no matter how many times you push the shutter button. To cure this I have to actually go and restart the entire phone. Here's another negative feature. The camera doesn't tell you what kind of resolution you are using when you change picture size. You have to go to Google to find that out The native Samsung voice-to-text function is really inferior to Google. And to add Google voice to your keyboard requires drilling down through a number of screens. It took me about 15 or 20 minutes to actually find this and do this. The so called adaptive brightness for the display screen doesn't work at all. I'm always having to go into settings and adjusting the brightness up or down.
S10 is a very good product. I have been using an Apple phone before. The look is very beautiful, showing a delicate screen and a gradient color on the back. The bad experience is that Samsung accounts are difficult to use.
Just purchased. Samsung no longer let's you customize your texts. Whoever thought a white background was good idea obviously did not use. Font size to small.
My last phone was the S6 and this is quite the upgrade! I love the premium feel and sleek look. I would recommend it to anyone! The only 2 two things about the phone is getting a screen protector and the charge cord length. The screen protector can be quite expensive because of the technology for reading your finger print underneath the glass, however, there are other cheaper options available. Now I have to get the watch and earbuds to complete the set! (:
My and my dad went to buy new apple because that’s what my dad wanted but I wanted the Samsung and when my dad tried out the phone he actually switched and we both got new phones I got the s10 he got the s10e I would totally recommend this but you should probably get it with your local carrier we switched from At&t to Verizon when we got our s10s and it’s 100% faster than AT&T this phone definitely the the phone of the year.
The S10 is very similar to the S9 EXCEPT it is missing features I found very useful. The finger print feature is not that great. It doesn't work well and is in an inconvenient spot. It was better when it was on the back of the phone. It also doesn't work in certain cases and screen protectors which makes buying protection for this phone more difficult. The LED notification at the top of the phone is also missing! Why take that away? It's such a small thing that could have been included. Luckily it still has a headphone port! I buy Samsung because they seem to be better than apple. So why make the phones so similar to apple?
