Very nice phone

This is a very nice phone. I traded in my s8+ for this, and it would be perfect if it could keep a data connection. I am with verizon and they claim that their service does not work very well with unlocked phones. I have internet every other 10 seconds and it goes away for 5 seconds. Other than that, I have no complaints on the phone. The speed is great and the camera quality is much better than my s8+. I will be getting the Note 10 however, but this phone was nice while it lasted.
I upgraded from s7 to s10 and i wish I never ever did this. The phone drops wifi steady and when no wifi available have to restart phone to connect to LTE.
LOVE the Aesthetic and Functionality of this phone

I have had a Samsung Galaxy phone since the S2. I then upgraded to the S4, the S6, and now (FINALLY after 4 years) the S10 and I am ecstatic! I forgot how nice is it to actually have a phone that doesn't crash from sheer age (I definitely got my money's worth out of my older phones, but I was very happy to upgrade)
Pros - I love the color (coral), it's unique and no one I know has that! - It's fast, and doesn't freeze or lag like my older galaxies. - It has so much storage! I have the 128 GB and have just barely used half of it with SO many apps and photos. - Speaking of photos, this phone does wonders with it! Camera quality is a huge selling point for me and phones and I was pleased to see just how versatile the factory camera is on this! It does wonders for home photos (wide lense) as well as close ups and everything in between :) - Because I have the Samsung buds, Watch Active, and Galaxy S6 Tablet, it all integrates seamlessly and I've become a huge fan. - It's just beautiful. The screen is gorgeous, the vibrant colors still blow me away, and after over 6 in a half months and dropping a few times (no damage), it's still working flawlessly. - It doesn't have an annoying notch like the iPhones did/do, and although there is a camera in the display it's not distracting at all. - THE AUDIO - the Dolby Atmos addition blows me away. I turned it on and watched one of my favorite audio-testing videos and couldn't believe my ears, I was confused how sound was coming from behind me when in reality the phone was sitting in front of me haha. Blown away by the audio quality for phone speakers.
Cons - The only con I've had thus far is getting the double tap to show my display to work on the first try... I've had to just tap constantly to make sure it turns on faster than just waiting for it to not work and try again.

All in all best phone I've had to date! I will continue to go the Samsung Galaxy route because I'm just in love with how their phones' functionality and aesthetically pleasing design come together as opposed to my boyfriend's Razer phone, for instance. The display blows his out of the water, the phone is all around more sleek infinitely lighter, and more natural to hold in your hand. Just saying... ;)
Love the phone but missing a key feature. Not able to swipe left or right to call or text when in the message app. I got so use it this feature on my last phones (s7 edge and Note3) that it is hard to believe that this feature does not work anymore. Now if I want to use the swipe feature, need to go to my contacts then search the contact and then swipe left or right for the task. Way to many clicks compare to going to my message app and swipe. I really hope you can add this feature back in a not to distant future firmware update. Thank you
Screen is very weak. Was scratched within two weeks, and cracked within 7 months. (No crazy activities caused these issue) For such a high price, you'd think it would be a little more durable. Camera quality is very disappointing considering the price, and the hype of having 3 cameras. The camera app will crash completely when trying to record video 85% of the time. Very pixelated photos, issues focusing.
The overall system itself is smooth, beautiful and has some great features. I just wish I would have went with a Note inserted
I love the phone, but the updates are a safety haz

I love the phone, but the updates are a safety hazard. I open up my phone needing to make a quick phone call and there is an update in my face that I am FORCED to deal with before I can make the call. This particular call was to 911, what if the emergency had been more immediate, what if my current mental state was not able to deal with clicking through the forced update? How many people having strokes have you killed with your intrusive updates? Dangerous, you will have a law suite on your hands at some point if you don't change this. I think I will be using a different less intrusive phone in the future... the phone should be a phone first and personal computer data collection machine second. I might go back to a flip phone over this.
