I bought this almost 7 months ago, I thought it had a battery that would hold at least a day with normal use, it didn't hold it, I charge it in the morning to 100% then at the evening when I want it some more, it says 10% wow, do something with the software for the bettery please.
My Order was delayed one week and now i found out I am unable to receive text messages from IPhone users. I tried deleting the messages, reset network, hard reset and more nothing is working
Small chip made new phone useless. Price to repair screen 30 percent + of new on 10 month old phone. No one local will repair do to complex design. Multiple screen protectors did not work properly with this phone. Otter box installed when new but due to screen design edge not protected. Regret making change now!
Great performance; operating system updates only take a couple minutes. Camera is phenomenal, PRO mode simple and very useful. Excellent screen resolution, color, brightness.
All, are offset by engineering FAILs that should have been caught and fixed before the first release, and are a source of continuing irritation: 1) Lack of LED text message waiting indicator 2) Lack of removable microSD storage slot 3) Forcing user to swipe - after phone is already awake - before password can be entered.
I bought the phone 1 week ago. First the battery life is horrible. Next, there is no longer a light notification of missed calls, texts, etc. You have to actually turn on the phone to see if you missed anything. I used Samsung's Smart switch to upload the info from my s8 to the s10. I had notes on the Samsung notes app, those did not transfer. Plus I had information entered in the "notes" section in contacts. Those notes didn't transfer either, but at least the addresses did. The texts don't look like they transfer but when you text someone the last text that was sent to that person "displays" .
