Name Error and Broke My Diffuser

After I received and put this scent in my pura, the name would not generate on my app saying it was an unknown scent. Then, after continuing to troubleshoot, now my diffuser will not work anymore despite resets and news scents. The smell is great, but it wouldn’t work and now my diffuser is broke

Not even remotely close to a NEW CAR SMELL. Tossed it out in the TRASH!!!!! Horrible, Indescribable Stench!! Daaaannnngggg. . . .
