Fresh and Clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Volcano is a very fresh and clean scent for the car. There is a slight citrus note to it which is very pleasant and not overwhelming at all. Would definitely purchase Volcano again.

My poor review is based

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My poor review is based on the entire car pure device. I bought 3 for Christmas gifts and not one of the 3 have been able to sync the app with the device. I have emailed customer service and included one of my friends on the email chain to share screen shots, etc. They have not been helpful and I want a refund or credit so that I can purchase gifts for my friends that actually work. I am very disappointed. I have two of the home devices and have also given them as gifts over the past two years so I WAS a loyal customer. But after the poor customer experience with the car diffuser and lack of assistance or care for my complaint/concerns when I have followed up, I have lost faith in your company.

The mechanism needs to stay plugged in the entire time and the wire, juts out so unless your cup holder has a hole for the wire, it does not fit. This is only useful for cars that have connecting cup holders instead of individual ones.
