Great scents, diffuser is garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two diffusers, both are defective. Been trying to get a “firmware” update to correct the many issues. Customer service is great but you wait two days for a reply. Love the concept, but Pura dropped the ball. Too expensive to not work properly.
