I bought 4 boxes of this coffee because I loved it last year. I have to throw it away because it’s so bad this year. What in earth did they do?? It’s awful now.

Artificial Flavor Overload :-(

Bought the large bag of Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee yesterday and brewed a cup. Does not taste good-an unusual chemical aftertaste. So BUMMED and it's my Sunday morning. I wish Starbucks could have got this right. i have to hop in my car now and buy a different bag of coffee beans for my Sunday.

I love pumpkin spice coffee and buy it every year. I’m not sure what happened with this blend but it tastes very fake and has a strong chemical flavor. Hate I wasted my money.

Nice coffee, needs information

I'm not a big coffee fan, so when I read instruction on the back, I wondered what they were for. 7.5g coffee, 6oz filtered water.
Is that a cold coffee recipe? The mix gets poured over a filter, right? More information than the, somewhat, cryptic formula provides would be good.

The pumpkin spice pods are disgusting. It tastes like chemicals. I couldn't drink it. I tried a 2nd pod to see if it was a dud, but it tastes awful. Starbucks should be ashamed!

I was extremely disappointed over this. Is not good at all. I tried mixing it with milk, not good. I really had high expectations and it turned my halloween vibes into a nightmare :’( I love Starbucks but this is heartbreaking
