Starbucks "not so pumpkin spice" K-Cups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free package of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice K-Cups to try in exchange for my honest review. I have never tried a pumpkin spice flavored coffee before, so I don't have any underlying bias to this review. I brewed the coffee to the recommendation on the package (8 oz setting). The coffee had a slight spice smell, but I thought it would be stronger, like when you make pumpkin cookies. I also couldn't tell you I was drinking a pumpkin spice flavored coffee. It had a different taste than plain coffee, and tasted ok, I just was anticipating a stronger pumpkin spice flavor to the coffee. Maybe next time, I will have to get a pumpkin spice creamer and add it to the pumpkin spice coffee to get more pumpkin spice flavor. #freesample

I really enjoyed the flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg together- it was like sipping a latte and refreshing. I just prefer a more darker roast so wish they made this in a more medium roast
