Good Overall - Initial Issues

When the pressure washer was delivered, it had several loose bolts that led to the pump almost falling off. The main nozzle we planned to use was also defective. Overall a good product - could use better quality control.

It’s a great machine that really does what it’s supposed to. My old machine you had to go over driveways multiple times but only once with this one. Awesome affordable product

Best Power Washer

We have a very long driveway that needs cleaning annually! I needed a better Power Washer to thoroughly clean our driveway as my old one just didn’t do the job. I found the solution with the WPX3800 which does a fantastic job! Thank you Westinghouse!

Initial setup and use

Box was opened after the return date. It was event that this was previously returned. The packing of the items was out of place. All pieces were included. The setup was fairly easy and straight forward. The Handlebar was bent. It took some muscle to get it on. The pull string handle was broken at the base. To rate this product is too soon. For a 3600psi it seem not to be as powerful as I thought be. I have used others of a lesser psi which seem to be more powerful. For my purpose, it will work. I did my sidewalk approximately 30m long with the initial used. It took one tank of gas using the orange nozzle. My Driveway will be next. My rating is based on packing of the product. If I had opened earlier, I may would have returned it. Its working

Just used the new pressure washer yesterday. Was a learning curve to start the engine. You may have to hit the trigger on the wand to relieve pressure to start. Everything went well after that. Would suggest you use a long funnel to fill the soap tank as it is a little hard to fill with funnel
