I purchased this washer March 29, 2025 and it is now inoperable after the second use. A brass fitting from the manifold broke off and water was jetting at the engine. I hope Westinghouse provide prompt support for this warranty claim, will update review with their response.

This pressure washer is a little difficult to crank, but once it cranks it is very effective and cleans very well!

I ordered this model on 6/1/2025 and it was available for pickup on 6/8/2025. The tracking and a couple of service contacts were very friendly and helpful. Assembly was straight forward. The User Manual could be updated a bit in the future. The 1 part that gave me some trouble was the High Pressure Hose. The female quick connect end was very tight. It was almost impossible to insert the male connector end on the Spray Gun Handle into the quick disconnect end of the high power hose. The quick disconnect on the pressure hose isn't repairable. I was able to connect and disconnect the pressure hose from the spray handle but it still remains difficult to connect and disconnect. Wasted time to get that useable before I could operate the pressure washer. The unit is powerful and vibration is high. If not for that, I would have given a 5 Star rating. So far I have used it once. I am pleased with its performance.

Except for one thing, happy with product

I have only used it for one day, but after the unit is warm, it was difficult to start it. I had to let it cool down for about 15 minutes, then it started after a number of pulls. Otherwise, the unit worked fine. Assembly was easy and completed within 20 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
