The generator was delivered December 31, 2025. I haven't had a chance to use bit I am very pleased with the generator.

Exactly What We Needed!

I bought this generator after a windstorm knocked out our power last month. Excited to find one that uses our natural gas hook up. The directions were easy to follow.

I have only test ran the generator with a drill and service light . It cranked on the second try and ran just fine. Should be ready for the next power outage.

Just What We Needed

After being without power following Hurricane Helene, we knew we needed a bigger generator with different options for fuel. This generator meets that need while supplying the power we need to run multiple refrigerators and freezers, heat, water, etc. Great purchase!

This was the best value I could find for a generator that should be able to power my whole house in an emergency. The warranty is better than the competition I considered. My only disappointment is that it does NOT ship with a natural gas hose, as some other reviewers have indicated. It comes with a LPG hose that's about 4 feet long, but not a hose capable of helping you connect to a natural gas port on your house.

Solid Unit (Great power for the price)

Researched generators for many hours and this is the unit that was on top of the list (best power for the price). Really like the 3-year warranty in case something happens. Unit looks very solid.

Easy to set up, not had opportunity to use

Bought November 28, 2025, haven't had the opportunity to use other than to crank it up once. Plan on powering it up once a month if it hadn't been used in emergency situations.
