So far so good!! I just bought this product and only used to test and see if it would run. Generator ran as it should. Hope I never have to use it but looks good so far.

I already own a Westinghouse inverter and really like the product. This when9500 is a good generator at a great price. I will use it to power my house during outages and won’t worry about the products reliability.

Bought at the last minute due to problems with another generator...glad I did. Easy to assemble. Easier to maneuver than previous unit. Used for about a day before power restored...had no issues. Started up as needed. Been starting it since and still no issues.

Excellent So Far

I bought this during the January 2026 Ice Storm in the South. Setup took about 15 minutes and the unit fired up on the first try. Unit looks and feels premium with apparent high build quality, finish, and features; I'm definitely impressed at this price point. Fuel consumption has been as advertised at ~12 hours at 25% load. Reserving 1 star since longevity is still TBD (time will tell), but I'm not too worried about it. At this price I think Westinghouse has delivered a great product.

Great Generator!

I bought this during the January 26 ice storm. The generator came with clear instructions and was easy to assemble. The remote start feature is very handy. It cranked and ran very easily. We ran a refrigerator, a freezer, and several small appliances such as coffee makers and air fryers. If connected through your main breaker box, you can run up to a 3-ton A/C.
