It was well packaged. Had no problems with assembly. It is heavy to work with, 2 people are better for assembly. So far have ran it about an hour on gas with some load and all seems well so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Helped my family survive 12 days without power. Tri fuel to NG connection and interlock kit made it simple!
