I bought this generator a couple of years ago and finally took it out of the box couple of weeks ago, before a major snow/ice storm hit this area. Had an electrician come out and hook it up to my electrical fuse box. Got the generator prime up and started after the first pull. Charge to battery up and work great, helpful for your spouse. Electrician was pleased with this tri-power generation, had enough power to keep my house going. Just not the HVAC system, difficult to run house and HVAC for almost all portable generators

Old generator died. Got this the night before a big storm. Easy assembly, quality looking unit. Got it for a great price. Started easily and ran nicely. I have not yet been able to use it during an outage, otherwise I’d give it a 5th star.

This was a gift from a family member while we had a ice storm currently still without electricity 10days later. Love the fob for easy stop/starting.

Product was easy to setup and put in service. Did what it was suppose to without any problems. 4 stars instead of 5 because didn’t realize wasn’t suppose to use in rain until after purchased. (This is probably true for all generators of this type.). Very satisfied. Would buy again.
