I bought it during a power outage and hooked it up to natural gas, worked wonderful.

Use propane or Natrural Gas

I originally bought the 9.5kW dual Fuel 4 yrs ago. The 1st one didnt not work after unboxing. Returned it and got another unit. No big deal. The next one was always hard starting, but eventually would fire up, until the 4th year of ownership. Always maintained, stored in garage. Always performed well until I had to use starter fluid in the 4th year to get it going. I chocked it up to a less expensive generator and the odds.
Hope to have better luck with this one. Will try using propane only. Fingers crossed.

I bought this almost 2 years ago. Product is good and has run well since I bought it. Unfortunately, 1 time I tried to turn it on, it would not turn on. Since then, it has worked well.
