Love the remote start!

I bought this generator a couple of months ago and it arrived in time before a big snowstorm. I did not end up needing to use it but I did test it prior to the storm using propane. The generator started up with no issues with the remote start. And it powered up most of my 2,000 square foot home. I have 6 240v mini split units and I was able to run all of them on heat with no issues. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought January 29, 2026 and it is a very nice and well put together machine. You can tell when you open up the box and the manuals are carefully laid right on top, complete with parts manual, maintenance schedule, and everything you need right in the box. Even sent Natural gas hose, propane hose/regulator, tools,oil and funnel! It’s very heavy but when wheels are put on it’s very easy to roll around. Electric remote start, plenty of power. What else can you ask for?

I purchased the WGen 9500Tfc to power my home during power outages and it has enough juice to keep my entire home functional! The tri-fuel feature is beneficial by allowing the use propane or natural gas and not have to worry about the unleaded gas going bad. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cost effective alternate power source for your home

Ice storm 2026 MS

I got this just in time. We had a big ice storm in MS, and this ran our lights, heat, and many other things in our home. We were almost normal living. The generator did a great job, and I was very pleased with the gas usage. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a generator.
