Packaging was great, assembly easy. It is a heavy unit to moving around before you get the wheels on is difficult. instructions are simple and startup easy.

Great, solid-built generator

This little puppy can purr. Handles all but the most extreme loads. Tri-fuel is a fantastic bonus to give you flexibility. Quieter than most. Have had zero problems to speak of.

I bought this to replace my previous gas powered generator when if died on me this summer. Being able to have the option to run this on multiple fuel sources is a bonus. It showed up in good condition and started up with no issues. I haven't had an opportunity to try out the propane or NG options yet but hope to in the near future.
