Very well built

Shipping was fast and this is a well built and impressive generator. Bought to use on Natural Gas. Followed the setup instructions and filled oil. Got it hooked up and used the remote to start it. After the air in the line purged, it started right up and purred. I have not put a load on it yet, but will make a test run shortly. Love that it came with gas hoses and battery trickle charger. Overall very pleased!!!

I live in Charlotte, NC and we've had a lot of storms lately and lost power...so I researched generators...and how to connect them to my home. I had an electrician spend about 30 minutes installing an interlock kit / power inlet box and I bought this wonderful generator. I love this thing. It gives me so much peace of mind and essentially will power everything in my house that I'd care about during a storm. I highly recommend this product! It's a wonderful generator that runs very well.

Easy setup and operation

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this generator. It was simple to setup and even easier to operate. Before connecting to my natural gas supply, I used a propane tank and it started immediately with just the push of a button. It is very small and is easily maneuvered into position but is powerful enough for most loads in my house.
