Seamless setup and use out the box. Instructions were clear and diagrams found in manual were very helpful.

Sturdy and Easy to Operate

I live in Houston, TX and we have had some weather events that prompted this purchase (bought 5/31/24). I am gearing up for a storm in the gulf rn (Beryl) and feeling pretty ready with this genny. 4 stars for now bc it is sturdy and easy to understand. I had my house retrofitted to connect directly to my nat gas line for whole-house power. IF I need to use this, I will update my review based on experience.

Great design! Great functionality

Does exactly as advertised. Comes with all the parts needed for each fuel source -- natural gas hose, propane hose, and oil/funnel. All that's needed is a fuel source, and this thing is ready out the box. Installation of the wheels and supports were also very simple.

I bought in preparation of Hurricane Beryl, after testing it to see if it will meet expectations and power up a 1600 sqft home. I was very please after the test run, it met more than the expectations and its super simple to set up. The entire house was powered!! Its a must purchase!!!

Excellent Gen Set for the money

Started 1st crank on gas and propane. I can’t text the nature gas. Love the fact all the connecting hoses and items needed to start are included. Ran 2 hours on each fuel with no issues. Love the remote start/ stop. Excellent value.

Great Generator So Far!

This has worked great ever since I finally got it running! The pull start was frustrating for me but perhaps that was operator error. After it started the first time I used the Start/Stop button which works flawlessly. Also the remote start is super convenient. After I use this for a couple of months I am sure I will update it to 5 stars (I just need to test it a bit more to be certain).
