This is a reliable piece of equipment. It’s well made, and much thought was put into it. The remote engine start is an amazing feature. It’s very user friendly so you don’t have to be mechanically inclined to use it-unlike my last generator. Thanks also for the oil and oil funnel that came with it. Yall really thought about the customer. God bless!

I bought this after a hurricane and was very surprised on all the features and how many different ways I can run this unit. It also came with a maintenance guide timeline to help me maintain the unit so if won't break.

Finally broke down and bought a portable after Beryl. It’s so great to have the peace of mind before the next natural disaster. We plan to get a natural gas hookup soon to take advantage of the tri fuel.
