Excellent Design and Features

Arrived early and in excellent condition. Unit is compact but HEAVY. After avoiding straining any body parts, the minor assembly was simple. CO shutoff, GFCIs for all 4 120v plugs, fuses for all 120/240 outlets, master circuit breaker, 2 fuel shutoffs (tri-fuel), battery shutoff switch, multi display for volts, fregs, hour meter and mx counter, electric start, remote start, battery charger and great lift bar make this generator great! Filled the crankcase and fuel tank and started in 2 seconds. Checked power out of all 120 outlets...perfect. Wanted this size to run a 2.5Ton HVAC. Hope this is as reliable as my 26 year old 5k, which still does the job, but won't pull the HVAC. So, conditional 5 stars, pending reliability

I bought this to prepare for loss of power and was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to assemble. The wheeles make moving arround easy.

Remote start/stop is a game changer

Works flawlessly, remote start, powers my camper and a small mobile welding trailer for repairs around our farm.

While home generator

I have only owned for a week so time will tell. Delivery and assembly was good and fast. Instructions are clear. Break in has gone smooth and the generator seems to be great quality. I really like the remote start/stop functionality. I am able to power my whole home and it doesn’t seem to skip a beat.
