Smooth like butter

It arrived in great packaging, everything secured and organized in it's own compartments. The feet and wheels went on easily and the instructions were clear and concise. The mirror runs smooth and it's not as noisy as anticipated.

Got all accessories as advertized

I choose this generator over Duramax because of the accessories it came with(25ft natural gas hose,LPG/Propane hose, battery charger,spark plug wrench and an assembly wrench). This is my 2nd Westinghouse generator, I purchased a WGEN5500 7 years ago and it still starts and run like new, I just needed one with more capacity and different fuel options. Installed wheels , feet, added the oil that was included and charged battery. Still reading the manual to make sure I understand all of the features before actually using it.

Just received and assembled unit. Simple assembly with excellent instructions. Started right up and runs well. Remote start feature is awesome. This will definitely fulfill my requirements.

Just what I needed

I recently replaced my 20 yr old Generac with this unit. The delivery was process was excellent. Make sure you have clear access to your garage as they will take it on a pallet jack to your location. The packing was superb, be advised that there is a lot of cardboard to dispose of, but that is god as it is firmly packed. The directions and manual are by far one of the best I have read. Very easy to assemble the feet and wheels. It would be easier with two people but one can mange. I am in the break in period and will change to synthetic after 5 hours. Unit starts easy and powers everything I need. 2 freezers 1 refrigerator, pool pump, all lights and 1 8k air conditioner in my garage. The labeling on the unit leaves nothing to be desired. I plan on using LP or NG. At work our LP driven engines equipment lasts forever.

Works great for emergencies

With this lasts storms in the Houston Area this generator is a most have, and I don’t have to worry about running out of gas, because is connected to the natural gas
