Received Generator with defect and damage

I received generator with defect and damage to frame. The quality control seems to be poor as they sent me a generator with the 30A reset circuit breaker not installed as it does depress and looks broken. See all the attached pictures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ease of use and setup

I just purchased the WGen9500TFc Tri fuel generator. I was impressed with the ease of putting it together and the user friendly setup. The battery was fully charged and all accessories were included (oil, propane hose, natural gas hose, and wrenches).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

I bought this for my house, it is capable of running the whole house plus one of the AC unit. The Nature gas feature is a must when gas and propane become hard to get during desperate time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator

I purchased this generator after the last hurricane. It was very easy to set up and started easily on the first try. I love the one button and remote start. Also, the tri-fuel start is perfect. We had a plumber hook up a quick connect to our natural gas meter so we will not need to worry about having enough fuel to run it during the next storm

This generator is powerful enough to almost run my entire house, including a 4 ton AC unit unit! It runs everything I need during an outtage. Highly recommend this unit!

Easy startup!

I just bought this about a month ago and started it up the first time connected to my house 50 amp connection. I had installed an EasyStart on my AC unit and picked up the load with no issues. Like everybody this is just an insurance policy just in case of a loss of power. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
