I bought the generator online. It took over 2 weeks to deliver in the Houston area. The generator and its parts were in good shape visually. The instructions were clear to assemble feet and wheels, but it did take a while because the generator is heavy. I appreciate the hoses provided. Unfortunately, I haven't tried it on yet since I forgot to buy a gas can. My only concern is whether it will fit in my car for transportation.

I almost bought a different one but glad I got this one instead because it’s has more power and a 50amp outlet. Haven’t broken it in yet but I’ll update it once I do, planning on running my whole house on it. I like that it comes with a remote. Maybe use for my camper if needed. Bought it right before it sold out online

I haven't had a chance to use this yet (thankfully!) but it's very heavy duty and very well built! Got a great deal on it too so that helps! I'm not hoping for a storm, but if there is one I'll be prepared with my tri fuel generator!

I feel better having a natural gas connection to a generator. In Houston, gas can be as hard to find as electricity.

A heck of a deal!

Just got my WGen9500TFc and got pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. Build quality jumps at you when looking at it as well as the accessories and parts included. The wheels have double wheel bearings. It also comes with a remote start and both, the propane line and 25' line for NG.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second Westinghouse generator I have purchased. I had a dual fuel prior and it worked perfectly fine any time I needed it, so I just upgraded to the tri-fuel for added assurance that a fuel source would be available.
