LONG OVERDUE

As a Houston, TX resident who has experience days long power outages due to rain, cold and heat we finally made the investment into a generator. And this one was a great price with all the additional features we didn't know we needed/wanted. Very happy with this purchase!

Great Machine

Received in excellent condition. Unboxed, assembled, and immediately tried it out with propane. Started right up and ran great, switched fuels to NG and still ran great under load. I am now officially prepared to stay cool and comfy when the grid goes down.

Brand new -will not start

Arrived yesterday and uncrated today
It will not start! I can see it is getting no fuel (gasoline) thru in-line filter and have attempted various methods to resolve this
Have fully fueled, oil is full, fuel on/off set, fuel type set
Read and reread the manual but not my first generator or gas small engine
So far, not satisfied

Can't wait to use it!

I was extremely impressed my the performance of this generator when I witnessed first hand how well it worked at a friend's 1600sqft home. She was able to run her AC, all the lights, TVs and power her important appliances like refrigerator, deep freeze.
It's easy to move around with the built in handle, very sturdy!
