Next best thing to a whole house generator.

I am so impressed with this generator with the easy push button start. I love that I am able to run my entire house with this powerful machine and chose the fuel with the tri fuel figure. I am most impressed with the sound it's so much quieter than I expected. My neighbor liked it so must he went and purchase one also. The running hours gauge is fantastic in reminding me when I need to change the oil and other maintenance that is needed, it's so loaded with features. Very happy with this purchase!

second westinghouse generator

The first westinghouse generator I bought was for my R.V. A little small on wattage but worked great. This one is for other useage sense it has the 230 outlets. Also great idea the tri fuel.

Powered my whole house!

Bought this generator to prepare for the next power outage. Installed a 50 amp inlet to my house and use the 50 amp outlet from the generator. After a step turn on process refrigerators, main ac, then mini split ac. All random problem on gas. However with the natural gas line, my primary source from my house, I can only run refrigerators and mini split. However you can start the system with gas and when everything turns on turn the generator to natural gas once peaked. The awesome 3 fuel option makes the versatility second to none. I would highly suggest for any circumstance. Also not that bulky to take camping or power a RV.

Upgraded Generator WGen9500Tfc

My old generator was 20 years old and I needed an upgrade. After some research, I decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500Tfc. Arrived perfectly packaged, and after a couple of assembly steps, was ready to go! I love that this generator will run on propane or natural gas, in addition to gasoline. I will never need to be hassled anymore with storing gas, worrying about using stabilizer and getting stale. The generator works like a dream, just push the button for a perfect startup. The front panel provides all the connections you could ask for to connect individual items or to a home transfer switch. All-in-all, looks like a great unit that I expect to last for a long time.

FANTASTIC FEATURE LOADED GENERATOR

I purchased the generator a month ago. It was purchased for its NATURAL GAS capability. We had a tornado come thru 6 months ago. A friend loaned me a gasoline generator. It was a pain to keep it refilled daily. The gas stations will not be able to pump gas if a hurricane strikes! I will have natural gas unless our under ground pipeline is busted. My neighbor told me his generator was $100 more than mine but lacks the Westinghouse extra features. A closing note - the paper manual has an error! It tells you to not thread the dipstick at all when checking oil level - which does not make sense. I checked the online manual and it has the same error! I called tech support. They confirmed it was an error in printing and Westinghouse is working to resolve!

This generator was so very well packaged! No problem at all with assembly. They even give you the tools to assemble.
They even give you a nice, curved funnel to add the oil they supply with the generator.
Super quiet, and starts easily, due to the semi-automatic choke. Gas and propane lines supplied with it, are an added bonus.
Great value for the money!
