Must have for Houston Weather

After hurricane Beryl ripped through Houston we were out of power for 6 straight days. We asked around which generator was the most reliable based on others experiences during that time and found that the Westinghouse was the most reliable generator from the pool of people we spoke to. Out of the box this generator is easy to assemble and very movable. We did buy a tent for the weather when operating but I recommend storing in the garage. The only weak point of this design would most likely be the battery. I will most likely replace the battery for a higher CCA rating and add corrosion resistant product on the terminal. I'd also wrap the wiring near the battery with electrical tape for added protection.

Bought generator after being recommended, works amazing, faster delivery than expected. All you need for power outages due to the 3 options it provides. Highly recommended

Great generator with options

During hurricane beryl we had use of our old 5000kw gen. The only problem was getting gas. With your tri fuel I feel safer because if I can not gas I can use my natural gas line hook up. I did a test run when I got this and it powers up my whole house with a few bigger appliances not connected. This generator will serve my needs in the future. I am glad to have found this because of the multiple fuel options. I look forward to not having to worry when next power outages occur.

Great value for the power

Finally broke down and bought a portable after Beryl. It’s so great to have the peace of mind before the next natural disaster. We plan to get a natural gas hookup soon to take advantage of the tri fuel.
