Good Unit; Loud and Directions not Ideal

The unit worked well after it was installed. The directions for pairing the remote are not correct; if they are correct in the manual then that method did not work with my unit. When operating the unit a lot louder than as marketed. Odd that in the manual it clearly states the unit can not be operated in the rain, this seems to defeat the purpose of using it as a back-up generator (marketed as a whole house backup) during a huricane (Beryl).

Great product

So far I've been liking the generator. I just tried it out. Haven't been able to run it yet full-time but testing it out getting it going. It started up pretty nice on propane. I ran a 12,000 BTU AC on it and a couple fans it ran them perfectly. Well make sure you just keep it away from the house when you turn it on. It's a little bit loud because it's pretty big but it runs good. The remote started so much nicer been pulling a cord. She starts right up when you just push the button down for 2 seconds.

Recently bought this and so far everything is great.
The only down side is there was a small dent in the side from shipping.

I have set up gas lines for several of these generators and all of my customers have been very happy with the quality and performance of these generators. I just purchased one myself after the current storm and I am looking forward to using when we don’t have power like we just did for 6 days.
