Great home backup generator.

This generator did not just arrive on time, but 3 days early. The packaging was great, product was received in perfect condition. This tri fuel generator comes with a 25’ natural gas line with quick disconnects, propane regulator adaptor, motor oil, and a tool kit. Assembly was very easy, just add the wheels and 2 front stabilizers. Unit even comes with a remote start stop style key fob. Set up and start up are extremely easy. This unit was put to work immediately upon arrival as Hurricane Beryl has just destroyed the power grid in the Houston Texas area. I am excited to have this generator on standby for all my power backup needs. I will be connecting this to my homes breaker box via a generator 50 amp inlet box, however at this time I am trying to locate a 50 amp breaker, which I may not have for a few more days.

Just what we were looking for!

After losing power for three days we bought this to hook up to our electrical panel during outages. Texas seems to be dealing with this more and more. The electrician added a plug to our electrical panel and the generator can run most of our house. Amazing and so comforting to feel prepared. Great machine, high powered, love the versatility of tri fuel, easy to use, highly recommend.

Simple to use and a life saver

I happened to make the purchase literally a week before a storm hit Houston and I subsequently lost power. I was able to very quickly set this up and get the essentials up and running. Working off natural gas, I've been running my large fridge, internet modem, tv, work essentials, and a 9000 BTU portable air conditioner. Did my first oil change after 25 hours (took a literal 5 minutes) and everything has been running incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend.

Only have 30hours on Unit and it is randomly shutting off. I have been on hold with support for 30 minutes.
