Bought this just ahead of our last two storms for this winter and both times we lost power. Not a problem any longer with this unit.

This unit was easy to put together and the user manual is easy to follow. The features are well placed and convenient to identify and use, which is a plus for safety and time. I have only used it on propane and it started immediately and functioned perfectly.

I like it has three options for fuel. The electric start is nice. It will keep what I need running if the power is out.

Seems like a well built unit

Assembly was a snap. Generator was well packaged and showed no damage. Filled it with the oil that came with it and the battery was fully charged on arrival. Waiting for my electrician to install the panel interlock, breaker and outlet. I'll update once I have the gas line installed. Plan on running it on NG.

Just a suggestion maybe add 2 more wheels for better and easier transport.

I just got it. Unpackaged, read some instructions, put the wheels on, added the included oil, hooked up a propane tank, hit the remote start, and it started FIRST TIME! I can't wait to use it, but I know it will be amazing! We have a few freezers with a lot of meat in them, so this should help us save some money in case of power outages!
