I purchased this generator recently it was a very easy setup. It also has all the features you need, including remote start. Good product, runs great!!

Delivery was great
Showed up quicker than expected
Showed up with what appears to be a CO sensor error and requires a service call. Generator runs but shuts off quickly when placed according to the instructions

Peace of mind

Bought this so we would have heat and could keep food from spoiling in the event of a winter storm.
I used the natural gas option and the generator quickly started right up. My house was already set up for an expensive whole-home generator, but we saved thousands of dollars by going this route instead. We haven't tried the home AC, but this generator has been able to power everything else.

I HAVE NOT USED IT YET BUT I AM HOPEFUL AFTER READING REVIEWS. ONLY ISSUE I SEE RIGHT NOW IS THAT THE FRAME IS WARPED OR PUT TOGETHER INCORRECTLY. THE HANDLE TO PULL IT WILL NOT CLOSE DOWN COMPLETELY. IT HITS THE DOWN BAR ON THE FRAME. ALSO, OTHER PARTS DO NOT ALIGN AS THEY SHOULD. HOPEFULY THAT WILL NOT AFFECT THE OPERATION OF IT. I GAVE IT 4 STARS JUST BECAUSE I HAVE NOT USED IT YET BUT I AM DISAPOINTED WITH THE CROOKED FRAME.
