Well designed for ease of use

Just received the generator. Setup was easy with directions. All tools and hoses needed were included, including oil and a handy funnel. Not used for emergency yet, so can't comment on performance.

Excellent Tri-Fuel Generator

After studying tri-fuel generators carefully for the last several months, I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing this Westinghouse 9500 TFC. Could not be happier with the purchase. This generator is absolutely solid. Setup was a breeze, and coupled with a power inlet box to my my panel, I can confidently power up much of my entire house, including my air conditioner. Instructions are clear and simple. Generator was packed and shipped very securely. Highly recommend the tri-fuel series. Running this off of natural gas straight from my house.

Easy to set up

Easy to set up and connect to natural gas. Have only run with minimal load due to 5 hr break in but seems to work great. Not the quietest, but certainly quieter than my old one. Love the push button start.

Does the job

Bought this to keep at least part of my home operational with Houston weather. I have not had to use it in an emergency situation yet, but I did a trial run for about 15 minutes with it hooked up to the house and all seemed to go as planned.

Very dependable, and powerful

I use this generator to provide power to my house during outages due to snow storms and wind. It is powerful enough to power my furnace, refrigerator, and other items. The remote start is helpful when the weather is bad outside.

I bought this after Beryl last july. It is still in the box, but my son purchased the same model and uses it as a whole home generator. He loves it.He broke it in on gas and runs it now on natural gas.
