WGen5300cv model will only run for a minute

Not listed but brand-new Model WGen5300cv Runs for a minute and shuts down. Unit is too heavy to move and Westinghouse will not cover pickup and delivery cost. I am 80 years old on a walker and cannot get down to work on this generator. Lost power in Florida for 4 days with a generator in my garage that won't run. Two more storms projected to hit in a week and Westinghouse will not help. Be aware of this if you are old and have to make a purchase to try and help yourself. Be sure you will not get and help from Westinghouse. I am ashamed I worked for Westinghouse for 14 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Major disappointment

Didn't get to use it. Generator is not working. I charge it couple of times.

Fantastic Power Station w/ ALL the plugs you need!

Bought this as a back up power source through a program with Southern California Edison, our local electricity provider.
LOVE that you can immediately use it as a powerful flashlight as well as a diffused light source if your needed that.
THEN, it has all the plugs you need 3-USB A, 1 USB C, 3 prong and 2 prong AC plugs.
You can charge it with the AC Cord or DC in your 12 volt car plug while the engine is running.
FANTASTIC product in a bright blue that is easy to see and find.

1st one didn't last a week at camp.

Father's Day gift, for camping. Charged quickly at home, before we left for a week of Scout camp. Charged my, and 2 other Scout phones, the first 3 nights. Battery life was down to 1/4 on the power station. Tried to charge the power station on a car battery with the DC adapter. It struggled to reach 3/4 charge in 8 hrs. Used the power station again, on night 4, with limited success. Seemed to drain faster than normal this round. Tried changing the power station again, using the DC cable. Power station only reached 1/2 charge in 8 hours. Used the power station on night 5, which drained the battery to 1/4 power. After this, I no longer used the power station, until I returned home.
Currently, the power station is being charged on the AC cord, with little to no success. Will not charge past 1/4 battery life.

Nice features; think I got a dud.

I purchased this product in May 2021, didn't use it until June. Initial Charge LED was at two bars, and I got it up to three bars in approx. 1.5 hrs of AC outlet charging; the LED never got up to 100% charge, nor did the DC Input charging LED light ever come on, so I didn't really know if it was charging properly. I said I wouldn't recommend to a friend, however that could change depending up their making good on their service warranty product replacement.
