User-friendly, Lightweight

I bought the Gen300s in Dec 2020. I have since used it to power up a ham radio, cell phones, a dc electric blanket for camping, and a laptop. It holds a charge, has exceeded my expectations, is lightweight, is user-friendly, and includes all the cables in a handy pack. I would recommend this product and would consider buying it again in the future.

Unreliable garbage - charged once, re-charged- dea

Bought this for wildfire safety. Absolute garbage. Charged upon receipt, checked light, display ok. Pulled out recently in advance of a potential power shut off for wildfire risk - seemed to charge as display was on. After 20 hours, unplug and its dead nothing. Charged more - display on while charging fine. Unplug - nothing. What a piece of junk, so glad we didn't have outage. I recommended this to others in my community for safety and now I feel bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great! Long battery life

I use this on camping trips to recharge my fish finder, phone, and many other electronics and dont have to worry about running out of juice!

Excellent idea, uncertain performance

I bought one 10 months ago, kept it charged faithfully as per instruction booklet but when I tried using it a couple of weeks ago the battery had totally failed. I like the idea so got the failed one replaced. Hopefully this second one performs better. Too early for a product recommendation just yet.

I just bought this item and it was simple to setup right out of the box.
Put in gas and oil and it cranked on the third pull!
Love the sleek design, gages and how quiet it operates.

I LOVE my westinghouse generator very useable features with loads of power and pleasing to the eye. I would recomend this unit to anyone needing home emergency power very user friendly...

easy and quiet

I bought this generator several weeks ago. I have tested it by plugging my camper into it to run the refrigerator and it works great!
I had no problems adding the oil during the setup and starting it. I only have experience with one other generator and this one is much quieter. I really love that! My 85-year-old father (who is no stranger to equipment like this) saw the generator running on the driveway and even commented on how quiet it was!) We plan to use this boondocking when the solar panels aren't getting sun and at home when the power goes out during a storm. I am very pleased with this purchase!
