Randomly Stops Working - Warranty Not Honored

This is a great product - when it works. We had our iGen 300s for less than a year when it randomly stopped working. Their recommendation of changing how it is charged from AC to DC power is ridiculous but we did it anyways and it did not help. When I called back for additional help I was told they would do nothing because I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift even though I registered the product on their site when it was gifted to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small and Powerful!

I'm a disabled veteran and live in a high tier fire zone. I needed something that I could easily get to and carry. This is exactly what I was looking for. Small, lightweight, and easy to grab in emergencies.

This product is great when the power goes out. We can charge our phones and plug in extra lights. Great product. We will use it camping as well. The flash light on this item amazing. Well worth the money spent.
