Christmas 2023 a gift from my daughter

Used it once and loved it. Tried to use it again this November 2024 and it will not hold a charge. Plugged it in for several several times for hours and all lights are flashing but will not charge up. I looked for a way to reset it and read the manual but no troubleshooting information. Don't know what to do since it was a Christmas gift. GS

Great little portable power source

With the public safety power shutoffs it is great to have this power source to charge our phones . We also took it camping and it worked like a charm!

Small but mighty

Got this iGen200s after the constant power outages and fires in SoCal. It came almost fully charged and topped off quickly. It's so convenient to power lights and phones, even if it's only because there are no outlets nearby. Works great, highly recommend!

Fair but may not be usable for some things

I was excited about the 12VDC outputs, thinking I'd be able to run my fiber internet ONT and WiFi router off two of these.
However, in testing I've found that the 12V outputs quickly drop below 12.0V, and at 3/4 battery level the output is 11.5-11.6V. It will probably keep dropping as the battery gets lower.

Great design.

I like the shape, size and light weight of the power station. I also like the ability to turn on or off either the AC or DC voltages by a switch. The flashlight is also a nice feature.
