Nice little unit

Has all I need for emergencies. Light (3 positions) and two 120v outlets. I like the charging cable on the back of the unit. All the USB ports are icing on the cake.

I bought this one then I bought the Gen 200 both were ans are great game changers I bought this mainly for the reason as we gert power outages here and we can't do anything but sit around . so now when the power gose out I bought this for the internet modem and phone charger . It worked so well my kids could still do their home work or play a game on their laptops . My husband wants to save up for the bigger unit for lamops and or crockpot.

Total mystery at 1/2 hour and 5 months old. Not good a new unit wont work

Great features and easy to use and understand

I bought this unit the iGen300s about a month ago and used it a few times. I bought it mainly because it is pure sine wave and for backup power plus its light weight and compact size, features, and easy to use and understand. I am very satisfied with the unit and may purchase an additional larger unit in the future.

Saved us when the storm hit

I mainly bought the Westinghouse Gen160 so that we could plug in our computer modem and still use our Wifi.
It worked so well but the power was out a lot longer than we anticipated.
luckily I bought a second backup my husband insisted so I upgraded to the Westinghouse Gen200 it lasted longer and my kids could finish their school work on their computers.

Purchased 2, one seems to be defective

I bought two iGen300s portable battery packs in 2022. The first one purchased works great. The second one does not hold a charge. I’ll charge it to full capacity and in a matter of days, it will no longer have energy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
