This little power station is the station that can. It's the only small unit that has a high enough output to power my synchronized lists when camping or tailgating. I highly recommend this unit.

After three charges iGen 160S will not turn on

I bought the iGen 160S to power an LED goose lamp. After allowing the battery to drain then recharging THREE times, it stopped working. The lights will turn on when it is connected to the wall charger. But when it is not plugged into the wall charger, it does not work at all. It is even more unfortunate that I have not found any trouble shooting information for this product and issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a month ago the charger gets hot and today I needed it for a small heater won't work very disappointed! Code e06 now I can't return it

First iGen300s Great but Second one is lemon

In August 2023 I purchased an iGen300s portable power station that I loved so much that I decided to purchase another one in October 2023. Unfortunately the second one does not hold power after charging and is useless. I have just opened a case number and am hoping this one will be replaced with a working one as the one purchased in August is a 5 star product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
