Major disappointment

Didn't get to use it. Generator is not working. I charge it couple of times.

Great Features and Portability…But didn’t last

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for the iGen300s. It has failed after less than 2 years. It was great and worked perfectly for what I needed it for while it worked, but after not even 2 years, it doesn’t hold a charge anymore. After showing a full charge, it will only last 20 minutes in a task that it used to last 6 hours. Furthermore, upon showing empty after the 20 minutes of use, it will charge to a full charge in only 20-30 minutes CHARGING ONLY THROUGH A CAR CHARGER. I’m not sure what happened or why, but it seems to have lost all of its capacity. And this was a unit that was used somewhat sparingly, perhaps only a few times a month. So, it was not excessively used in any way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and quiet.

Bought for an outage that could have lasted several days. It was quiet and good on gas. Even ran a cord to my neighbor. Enough to keep things running in the house.
