Great tech support and integrity

I had a technical issue arise a few months after purchase. The telephone support was great and they replaced my unit in a timely manner. I prefer my iGEN300s over my Jackery Explorer 240 because of the extra outlets and longer watt hours it has.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This little portable power station is so awesome I bought 2 of them. I live in Florida so this is a must have item during hurricane season or for camping. Love, Love, Love Westinhouse products !!!!

I received this as a gift from my children (although I ordered it). used it for the first time this week (four days in a row) to run my cpap machine. Worked fine. HOWEVER, i have a charger to the car but not a wall charger. SHould have been included. Please advise.
