Easy assembly

Haven’t had a need to run it yet but has all the features I was looking for in a generator. Will use when needed due to power outage.

Looks great out of the box

The shipping box was pretty crushed on one side, but luckily the Generator inside appears to be in excellent shape. Installing the wheels and supports were very easy. The amount of oil that comes with the machine appears to be a little more than what is needed. At the time of this review I have not had a chance to run the generator but I am thrilled with the apparent quality of this device. Will update with more information once I have run the generator.

Quality Generator

I bought this generator about a month ago, and it is still breaking it in. The quality of the unit and layout of the control/power panel are really good. Electric start is really nice - both with button on the panel and included remote. The generator is somewhat heavy, and the handle and wheels assist with moving around. The generator is slightly on the louder end. I bought this as a backup generator for home when the power goes out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect balance of power and price

This is the second Westinghouse generator I’ve owned. The 9500 Pro worked great but I wanted tri fuel capability. The natural gas power rating delivers nearly the 12,000 max watts possible on a 50 amp 240v circuit. Now I’m feeling a bit more confident heading into hurricane season.
