Amazing Generator

Purchased the generator after Hurricane Beryl to ensure we have a power solution in the event of another Texas power failure. It packs a lot of power and options into such a small device. I hope we don't need to use it much, but it is ready and easy to use if we do. Setup was easy and instructions are initial maintenance were clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator

Bought this a few days ago. I live in Houston so needed a generator quickly. I will say, I struggled with one of the wheel axles fitting. I hit it a few times with a rubber mallet and it went it.

Generator - OK

Worked great on Gasoline, but when trying to use Propane or Nat. Gas, seemed to be an issue with the regulator and generator would sputter out - seemingly not getting to correct flow of fuel.
Hoping it’s a manufacturing error that they can resolve and not indicative of something more chronic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Generator

I bought this generator after much research from being without power after Hurricane Beryl. I am very happy with the features and power of this thing. Currently using it on gas and propane, but plan to hook up a NG line to the back side of the house for extended outages. The main thing that drew me to this particular generator is the low THD and wattage for the price point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Serious generator, only a couple of issues

Arrived in great condition and appears to be very solid (and extremely heavy). Haven't had to run it yet, other than test start. I took off one star for the following reasons:
1) Online it is advertised as < 5% THD but manual says <23% THD. I hope 5 is correct, that was a major selling point for me.
2) The instructions to pair the key fob did not work for me. If I try to hold the engine start button for 10 seconds, the engine tries to start after 2 seconds. Also, the manual says the green light on the start button will come on after the battery is switched on, but it does not. Only comes on for me if I press the button.
3) I could not find any specification as to what size and threading I need to install on my natural gas line to connect the included gas hose. I will have to take the hose with me to the store and experiment to find the right connector.
