Works as described, hard to recoil start

Was trying to purchase the 11500TFC but was never able to find it in stock. Very happy with this purchase as it is enough to power the pool, freezers and first level of house if we lose power. Works well on propane for now (started right away) but will put on nat gas for longer run time solution later on.
Ease to maneuver with the long handle and bar. Only challenge is the recoil start. Have not been able to start from recoil when engine is cold. It is a pretty sizeable engine so will have battery always on trickle charger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Runs smoothly and quietly (a level expected and nothing excessive). Still have yet to hook up the NatGas but LPG and gas works great. Remote doesn't seem as strong as I hoped but does the job.

I've been studying buying a generator for quite a while do to power outages. I honed in on Westinghouse based on reliability of friends that have one as well as reviews. Also, all the features I could ask for are built in especially be a tri-fuel generator and coming with connection hoses as well as a trickle charge battery minder. The build quality and finish is also exceptional and should last for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought this westinghouse tri fuel generator after hurricane beryl hit us in houston tx.after being without power for 3 days,l got it all set up to be used for natural gas and 50 amp inlet box..hope i wont need it any time soon but rest assured ill be ready for any category hurricane that come to Houston..

Just fired it up and it rattles under load

This generator is a monster. Very solid built . The good folks at crossfire welding got it to me from Canada when it seemed like noone in the states had any available, I'm on the gulf coast by the way. I can now rest easy that my house will have power in the next hurricane.

I'm retired Air Force and my husband is retired Navy. This is one powerful generator. It powers our house, furnace and condenser with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit. The remote store is an added bonus.
