I purchased this for an upcoming storm, this generator has all the bells and whistles. Runs our entire 2000 sq ft home with no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this generator on a black Friday sale 2025. I live on the west coast and was planning on returning to my home on the east coast January 2026. We were on the eve of an ice storm January 24, 2025, and I scrambled to get the generator in place. Everything was looking good until I started the unit. It fires up and immediately and after about 30 sec, it shuts off. Called support had a ticket opened however, was in the dark when the power went out. I purchased this brand based on the reviews pertaining to the reliability of this generator; I hope Westinghouse makes this right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first time I really tried to use it, it wouldn't even start. I'm in communication with the warranty team now, so hopefully we can get it resolved.
